⫸ Nervous system regulation is a powerful healing tool that is appropriate for those experiencing chronic states of stress, exhaustion, anxiety, & uncertainty. Our nervous systems can come dysregulated when we are experiencing situations that put our system in a state of fight or flight for far longer than it was ever intended. 

⫸ The issue comes when we are unable to regulate to our "rest & digest" state, due to a high level of stressful situations in our daily life. This can put our mind in a state of anxiety, signaling to our body to be producing stress hormones far greater than what our body is meant to handle.  

⫸ This can suppress our immune systems, leaving us susceptible to illness & infections & making it more & more difficult to heal & rest at the levels that our mind & body needs for deep, rejuvenating healing. 

⫸ Through nervous system regulation, we are able to heal deeply ingrained stress patterns in our mind & body, and train ourselves to regulate & transition from fight or flight back to our rest & digest, so our mind & body can finally rest & heal & optimize itself.

Increased Heart Rate or Blood Pressure: This can signal chronic activation of the fight or flight response.

Weakened Immune Function: Frequent illnesses, slow wound healing, or being prone to infections can be caused from a suppressed immune system as a result of chronic stress.

Feelings of Burnout or Overwhelm: Feeling constantly emotionally or physically drained, despite adequate rest and self-care, can indicate that chronic stress is in play.
