Week 1 – Inner/subconscious work (body)

Introduction to the subconscious mind and its role in healing

  • What is the subconscious mind and how does it differ from the conscious mind

  • The role of the subconscious mind in shaping our beliefs, behaviors, and emotions

  • The power of the subconscious mind to heal the body and mind


Week 2 – Inner/subconscious work (mind)

Identifying and releasing limiting beliefs

  • How limiting beliefs can hold us back and prevent us from healing

  • Techniques for identifying limiting beliefs, such as journaling and self-reflection

  • Strategies for releasing limiting beliefs, such as affirmations, visualization, and reframing

Week 3 – Inner/subconscious work (soul)

Healing past traumas and emotional wounds

  • The connection between unresolved past traumas and current emotional and physical  issues

  • Techniques for safely processing and releasing past traumas, such as EMDR and somatic experiencing
